Connect Gmail accounts your bot may manage. It can search, tidy, rescue from spam, save attachments and write drafts — it can never send: the app doesn't even hold that permission.
Yours alone. You connect it, and only your own chats with the bot can read or manage it — no other member can touch it, and it is never used in team rooms. The owner can see it's connected, but can't use it.
Shared with the team. The owner connects it, and every member's chats can manage it. Team rooms (group chats) use workspace accounts only — a group answer is visible to everyone, so private mailboxes stay out.
Anything the bot files into workspace records (documents, notes) is shared with the workspace — it keeps private-mailbox details out unless they matter to the business.
